About the Role:

We're looking for students who have a keen interest in fintech to join us as interns! This is your chance to work side-by-side with our innovative team. You'll be knee-deep in projects and get hands-on work experience, levelling up your skills and making connections along the way.

We have an internship opportunity within our 🚀Growth 🚀department:

What you’ll be doing:

• Track and analyse partner performance metrics and report insights;

• Research and identify prospective partners in target markets;

• Assist in building partnership decks and proposals.

What we’re looking for:

• Analytical student of Economics, Business, Entrepreneurship or similar;

• Curious, analytical mindset and comfort with basic data analysis;

• Self‑motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.

Our Interview Process:

Stage 1: 

🖥️ 20-30 minute Google Meet Screening with our Talent Team, Helena and Christina!

Here we will get to know each other, understand what you’re looking for from your internship experience and be able to tell you a lot more about the company!

Stage 2: 

☕ Meet the team at our London office!

This will be an in-person interview with the hiring manager that you will be working closely with during your internship. You can also meet the team and gain insights into what it’s like at Selina day to day!
