About Selina

At Selina Finance, our mission is to give people access to the wealth they have in their homes, and we’re doing that by building a next-generation digital lender – starting with a home equity loan product. More than £2tn equity value is locked up in UK homes, while homeowners still need to rely on high-interest rate consumer loans, credit cards, or overdrafts. We believe this is unfair and unnecessary. We offer a financing product unlike anything else out there, one that is as flexible as a current account, as affordable as a mortgage, and as easy to apply for as a consumer loan.

We are building an incredible team and culture of high performance, development, reward, and recognition. We announced our Series B earlier this year, ready for the next phase of our adventure and this is where you come in!

What will you be doing

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads generated through Selina's online channels to determine their level of interest, financial readiness, and eligibility for Selina's lending products.

  • Customer Engagement: Contact potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to gather essential information and assess their financial needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Selina's lending products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

  • Customer Education: Educate potential customers about the mortgage application process, timelines, and expectations, setting realistic expectations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Lead Nurturing: Continuously engage with leads who may only be ready to apply immediately, nurturing them until they are prepared to move forward.

  • Data Management: Accurately record lead information, interactions, and outcomes in Salesforce to provide valuable insights on channel performance and tracking.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Selina's Advice team, providing them with qualified high-intent leads to optimize conversion to application.
