Job description

About Selina

At Selina Finance, our mission is to provide exceptional value with simple and flexible financial products. We’re achieving this by building a next-generation digital lender targeting homeowners across the UK. More than £2tn of equity value is locked up in UK homes, while homeowners still need to rely on high-interest-rate consumer loans, credit cards, or overdrafts. We believe this is unfair and unnecessary. We offer a financing product unlike anything else out there, one that is as flexible as a current account, as affordable as a mortgage, and as easy to apply for as a consumer loan.

We are building an incredible team and culture of high performance, development, reward and recognition, ready for the next phase of our adventure, and this is where you come in!

We have quite a few things to be proud of:

🌏 We have 19 different nationalities across our London + Manchester offices

🏆 Voted as ‘one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK’ by Business Leader Growth 500 for 2025

🏆 Voted top 30 of ‘Tempos 100 best start-ups to work for 2023’

As a Growth Product Manager at Selina, your goal is simple: To increase the acquisition of quotes and new customers across Selina’s direct and intermediary estate. You will work across channels and functions to drive a high volume of quotes across various domains and ruthlessly prioritise initiatives that will drive your key metrics. That could mean optimising our quote funnel, improving aggregator search rankings, expanding broker API adoption, or building tools to help aid our marketing and sales teams.

At Selina, we believe in autonomous product teams that are aligned with business goals. You will work closely with growth, marketing, sales, and credit risk to drive meaningful impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Grow quote volume across all Selina channels, including Direct (aggregators, PPC, organic) and Intermediary channels.

  • Identify and prioritise high-leverage opportunities to increase quoting activity, such as improvements to aggregator ranking, broker API quoting enablement, or removal of friction.

  • Run structured growth experiments across channels to improve quote initiation and completion rates and build a habit of testing and learning.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Broker BD and Data to ship improvements, drive adoption, and support campaign execution.

  • Improve aggregator performance, including ranking, CTR, and quote conversion through data analysis, eligibility improvements, and offer optimisation.

  • Become a subject matter expert on the quoting journeys across our intermediary and direct channels.

  • Drive API adoption amongst our intermediaries and embedded finance partners

  • Define and track key growth metrics, using data to inform strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrate clear impact and growth across both Direct and Broker channels, without degrading quote quality.

Job requirements

About you:

  • Have 3–5 years of product experience, ideally in growth, funnel optimisation or API based products.

  • Has experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing

  • Are obsessed with top-of-funnel metrics and can identify the highest-leverage drop-offs, bottlenecks, and triggers.

  • Know how to diagnose, size, and test: you don’t just ship; you experiment and learn.

  • Can operate across both consumer and intermediary partner journeys, understanding the different incentives and frictions each channel brings.

  • Are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, marketing, credit risk and commercial teams.

What we offer:

  • £70,000 - £90,000 base salary, dependant on experience

  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays

  • 30 days’ work-from-anywhere allowance

  • Bi-annual Bonus (discretionary)

  • Volunteering allowance

  • Growth Shares

  • Annual L&D budget

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • 3% pension contribution

  • Monthly socials

  • Free access to mental health support via ‘Spill’

  • A choice of benefits that work for you, courtesy of our benefits platform, ‘Thanks Ben’

  • Annual £60 cycle allowance for Santander cycles or Evans (via ‘Thanks Ben’)

  • Workplace Nursery Benefit, allowing eligible nursery costs to be paid via salary sacrifice
