Job description
About Selina
At Selina Finance, our mission is to provide exceptional value with simple and flexible financial products. We’re achieving this by building a next-generation digital lender targeting homeowners across the UK. More than £2tn of equity value is locked up in UK homes, while homeowners still need to rely on high-interest-rate consumer loans, credit cards, or overdrafts. We believe this is unfair and unnecessary. We offer a financing product unlike anything else out there, one that is as flexible as a current account, as affordable as a mortgage, and as easy to apply for as a consumer loan.
We are building an incredible team and culture of high performance, development, reward and recognition, ready for the next phase of our adventure, and this is where you come in!
We have quite a few things to be proud of:
🌏 We have 19 different nationalities across our London + Manchester offices
🏆 Voted as ‘one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK’ by Business Leader Growth 500 for 2025
🏆 Voted top 30 of ‘Tempos 100 best start-ups to work for 2023’
🦾 Disability Confident Committed employer
🏆 BCorp Certified
✏️ Rated highly in our employee survey on:
✔Workplace Culture
✔Work Life/Balance
✔Employee Recognition
Our associate PMs play a pivotal role in how we build. They work alongside PMs, engineers, designers, operations and credit to help identify and solve meaningful problems. Whether it is improving conversion at the top of our funnel, digitising the document collection process, or driving repeat borrowing from existing customers, associate PMs at Selina drive real impact from day one.
This is a generalist role, where you may support any of our three tribes depending on the need:
Acquisition: Driving top of funnel volumes across our different channels
Activation: Converting our marketing-qualified leads as efficiently as possible.
Retention: Reengaging our existing customers through financial tools and ancillary services
You’ll join a fast-moving product team, working alongside product managers to:
Break down complex problems into clear, structured deliverables
Identify high-impact product opportunities using data and insight
Coordinate with engineering and ops to ship improvements quickly
Design, measure, and iterate on product experiences that matter
You’ll gain hands-on experience with discovery, delivery, experimentation, and execution, and be part of the story that changes how secured lending is perceived in this country.
What will you be doing?
Take ownership of well-defined product problems and initiatives
Turn ambiguity into clear problem definitions, hypotheses, and plans
Use data to identify bottlenecks, prioritise work, and measure outcomes
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship high-quality features
Analyse funnels, run experiments, and iterate quickly
Partner with credit, ops, and compliance to drive real product and customer journey innovation
Contribute to Selina’s culture of ownership, urgency, and high standards
